Learn with a Teacher or teach yourself…
Backbone Drums is so simple, even a drummer could follow it!
Laid out in a logical and easy to follow format, every element is explained in simple terms so that even non-musicians can follow it. With targets to achieve before moving from one section to another, it even coaches and motivates along the way.
Teaching yourself an instrument is achievable but is no where near as effective as learning with a teacher. Imagine practicing an exercise for months, only for someone to spot a mistake that you’d missed. Working through Backbone Drums with a teacher avoids that situation, and is the perfect way to learn. If you buy the books as you go too, you’ll have access to the same backing tracks and resources as your teacher.
Affiliated Schools use the Backbone Drums syllabus and offer an extremely high standard of tuition and facilities. Here are our current affiliated schools, with more being added all the time.
